But then you would be poluting the water supply for California. You would kill thousands, maybe millions of innocnet people. Wait this is California I am talking about. Hollywood, yeah put em in that river and damn the west coast to a death by disease and polution.
Which end of the Colorado River are you talking about? Far enough upstream and there would be time for... No there is not enough water to be self cleaning. So no don't kill of the west coast, we need the movies that come out of there.

How about this. Re-instate the Death Penalty. then what we do is we knock the individual unconscious, say with anestesia. then we implant a small, compact, sealed container within their chest, near the heart that contains a bit of C4. Now what we do is we give them guns, ammo and all necessary combat gear. We then put them through a quick 4 week boot camp type process, then send them over to fight this war we are in. This way, convicts die, if they turn on us we blow them up, and if they reak havoc over there and kill/murder thousands of people, then we are simply winning the war. Not only that, but if they die, then... well.... Oh well, they did get the death penalty after all. Oh, we'd also need the pack of C4 to be a homing beacon so we could keep tabs on them. Make them act somewhat like normal soldiers isntead of raving lunatics slaughtering at will... then we will put out a notice over the tv's and radio stations and news papers that an entire platoon of 'marines' has gone AWOL and are considered enemies of the state and are to be shot on sight. Then release their names, current photo and such to everyone... then our own soldiers can shoot them, our enemies can shoot them, and if they get out of hand, well, they're AWOL, who cares?!

that's actually what they did in Starcraft. took convicts and turned them into marines to fight the zerg. i always thought that was a good idea.
