well, my rants tend to full under this page, but i have nothing to rant. Things are great, and in fact, it's Aly and I's two and a half year anniversary tomorrow (the 30th). It's been a good run so far, and i am hoping it continues. Things in my life couldn't be better.
but this does not mean i have an issue, which is why i am making a post. my friend, Nathan, has just been kicked out of his home because his dad got mad at his messy room, and said that he needs to support himself. which he has been doing since he was 18. he just happened to come home and sleep in a bed under the same roof as his father. he is at his grandmothers tonight, but i left him rant to me for a good 45 minutes, because i don't even know how he feels or what to say in a situation like that. he said he has no family, no girlfriend (which is a big thing for him, especially because his inner feminine side is a raging lesbian), and no friends. so i offered him to stay at my house, which is still my parents, but we have a room that he could stay in. He just took a lot of loans out to go to college, and his grandmothers is another hour away from the college he is going to, so his commute will be longer, thus more gas, thus more broke. I don't really know how to handle a situation such as this, and broke down crying after we hung up. i choke up now. i hope he is still alive at the very least. he is working at shitty job at mcdonalds because it's the only place that he can get $7.30. so i am going to try to get him a job where i work, which is WaWa, which for whatever reason decided to pay be $8.50 with no experience, and is more than some people who have been there for a year. maybe i can get him a job for 8.50, or even ask the managers for them to switch my payroll for his, i really don't need the money, i just want it. i'd be happy with 7, or even the minimum wage of $6.15 in maryland.
i hope i will not be listening to Requiem because of an actual death. i hope everyone is on good terms with your own families. sorry i havent been on in so long.
