Wireless mouse and keyboard, made for windows and macs. Bought it for my G4 desktop, because my old keyboard was dying, and the mouse had one button?!?!?! (I never did get that idea, but whatever...)
Well that was back around October. Fastforward as it eats battery after battery, and starts mysteriously waking up my computer while it's "sleeping". I change the batteries and do all that I normally will last week. Well last night, it started acting up so I just shut down the computer. Got up this morning and restarted, with no luck on having a working mouse. (thankfully, I have a drawer of spare parts!) It seemed that the left button was stuck on a crazy click cycle, as if someone was just clicking the mouse repeatedly, and it was selecting everything. It stopped only when I held down the button.
I call up, and of course, get some Idian dude who probabally hasn't seen the sun in weeks. Told him my problem with the mouse, and how I have reset/restarted 10billion times.
He asks for my address to mail me a new mouse.
Bottom line- Kensington products rock, and they sure stand behind what they make! The tech support was fast, cause I was on hold for less than a minute! Can't wait to get my new mousie! ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

I love how Apple has this predefined notion of how people should compute (one button mouse) and then when they finally fold (after like 20 years), they make it seems like a giant accomplishment. (The Mighty Mouse).
That said, Macs kick ass and the Mighty Mouse is pretty sexy too.

heh right. And when I get the new mouse, I will have to get things all fixed up so I can play with it as well, and ensure that it's actually really, really pimp.
