I'm not sure if they have this mod for admin yet but this was just amazing to use in the old CS.
basically you bound a key to +grab and -grab. When you hit that key and your facing another player it picks them up. You can move them around, fling them across the map, slam them into the ground... watever.
Soooo, if you guys can find this mod, I recomend getting it. And yes you can use it in spectate mode =)
