Ok folks, I'm hoping that tonight some people are able to play on the server and see if it still lags.

I've changed ALOT of things thank to Jayne and some other research into server rates.

We had some very conflicting information in some of our configuration files that is now fixed. Hopefully, this means that things will work better.

My choke is down to 2 or three from about 40 to 50+.

So from my comp it is better. I still get some weird lag spikes but I think that is coming from microsoft genuine garbage taking up bandwidth randomly. Do not know the real source however. so when it happens again I will shut down microgabage and let everyone know.

It is my firm belief that Microsft has made this part of our problem Proof will be provided if I can catch the bastards at it.
