I got banned today

I was banned today by Racoon ... using the name (v)@d (at (v)cree first I was slapped by him ... I was ct and 1hp waiting for a bomb plant ... after he slapped me I just killed myself ... figuaring whats the point of bother now he has slapped me they all know anyway now, not that there was a chance of me gettin a win... I would of moved on my own ... then he kicks me after I tell him to blow me 1hp ct win woulda been prety cool but not likely... understandable to get kicked for that, then when I get back I say gg admin abuse, cause thats prety much what it was imo and the guidlines we use on Agency's server... reguarding the slapping .. it happens an awfull lot on your servers, I can deal with it, np as I get why some people do it, a way of saying ... damm thee for shooting me in the head ... but still maybe if it was Kotesu whom I had killed and granted me the 1hp I can see that, yet it was someone very apart from the situation, Not slamming all the admins here but Racoon that was some weak inmature stuff, if you want to keep it clean and cool I would suggest not provoking people it is not my server I try to follow the rules 90% of the time as I can respect that, but if your admins are just gonna cry about the time it takes a bomb to blow up or the fact a guy has 1hp and dosent want to rush into a dieing situation might be time to re-evaluate the admins here, if I am wrong ... I appoligize ... Granted he asked me if I wanted to be banned, I said sure, as what had transpired was not a bannable offense on any server I am aware of ... I am 100% corrected now. I suppose players in his mind are not to be respected and admin is a toy for his leisure.

So, to clarify.

1. Kotetsu slaps you to 1hp.
2. You say Blow Me
3. Racoon kicks you
4. You come back, Racoon asks you if you want to be banned.
5. You reply Yes
6. Your surprised when he, of all things... bans you?

On our server, of which you were an esteemed member and should have been aware of, Blow Me is a bannable offense if said to anyone, especially an Admin. So now you know of one server.

The only real valid complaint I see here is that you were slapped to 1 hp. Now, this would piss off anyone if it affected gameplay, so why dont you elaborate on that. The only way you have a chance of people being able to rationalize your escalated action is if that instigating slap caused you to flip out? And then, wouldnt your complaint be against Kotetsu who slapped you?

I dunno.. Flight plays in AC all the time.. it seems like a little leeway should be given to regulars, or at the very least they shouldn't be messed with in the first place for something like not defusing when they don't have time. It would be a different story if some asshole just started acting up and telling the admins to blow him.

As much as i like Raccoon, i have seen him hit the slap button to try and get people to fall off building on peranesi afew times, it seems like the admin provoked the player in this case

Ummm how is CT offensive team on a de map untill the bomb is planted ?? which is what I was waiting for when you slapped me and told me to move ... Really I suppose it isnt that big a deal the slapping, you should know though, some people get annoyed with it and provokeing players till you get a reaction you feel justifies a kick/ban is one thing, if I had done something worthy of it I would understand, aside from reacting to you, in the way I did.. it wasnt like spaming curse words at you or something along that line ... really as far as the community in a whole goes the reaction you got from me was laughable if anything not kickable, as you have said worse things to me in game than I said which, is why I said what I did, and nothing more, and ya you kicked and ya thats cool I suppose I deserved it yet you brought it on, you prety much asked for a negative reaction from me and you got one and kicked me ... so ya I say admin abuse, and you act as though I have just insulted you when infact ... that was admin abuse ... I dont see you slapping T's demanding they move on Hostage maps, camping the bomb seems to be prety ok too for ct's. Why then is it an issuse for me to defend myself with 1hp and wait for a plant before I go to die ? I dont expect in anyway to be treated any differntly than anyone else who plays there never had and never will why I have allways enjoyed the server, and tried to keep it within rules and useally dont do much of anything along the lines of knowningly breaking them. I am not tring to change your rules by anymeans, yet I can say the second you disrespect a player unprovoked is when that player looses all respect for your rules and guidelines.
1- slap from admin (Racoon), (to Clarify I wasnt slaped to 1 hit point I had one HP after my encounter with Kotesu.)
1- order to move from admin (Racoon) while on ct side no plant yet.

Flight I have had problems with you before. You say you are 90% in line with our rules. That does not cut it. If you are a regular you are expected to follow the rules to a higher standard.
You have committed abuse to me before. No matter who you are or what you say I say the ban stands for abuse of admin.

As you can see I added in a few lines about who was left alive and time snap. Flight said he pulled up console and typed kill almost immedately after being slapped, before the bomb was planted. As you can see Raccoon was egged on and technically flight agreed to being banned. Flight said that he was just thrown for a loop for getting in trouble as being a CT on a De map. Which is understandable. He just wanted his ban brought to light, and to be unbanned. (which I'm about to do if he is still banned)
