actually thats pretty much what we have been doing Run. Most beginner admins start out with basic powers.

As for the awp thing I never really cared for that rule. I still hate people who awp wether they are winning or losing. Just makes it more enjoyable to blast their brains out. And awp and scout are too different if you ask me. Scout seems to be much more accurate. I just can't use the awp its so bulky its ugly.
