I did the download and save routine for my personal messages. That went fine but the file is corrupt and not openable. Three times and the same result each time. Has anyone else tried this lately? Did it work for you?

File Unzipping Instructions
The file you are downloading is a zip file. It is a compressed archive of all of your personal messages. You will need an unzip program to open the archive. A list of suggested programs are provided:
* Windows Vista/XP/ME: Vista, XP and ME have a built in unzip program. You should be able to double click the file after it is downloaded and access your files.
* Windows 9x: You can use WinZip to access the files in the zip archive.
* Linux: You can use your system's "unzip" program or use p7zip
