Make the maximum wage for illegal immigrants $2.00 per hour. Minimum work day length of 16 hours a day. All who enter the program must be tatooed on the forehead with their name and new form of ID number.
This would allow us to get the unskilled workers back in our economy so that we could compete with the rest of the world.
No Social Security benefits, no potential for citizenship, the right to be fired at will from any job for any reason at all, the requirement of learning English in the first year, any illegal found driving without insurance can be sent to China or India or some other third world country other than their home country, etc.
Make it so

OK so parts of it were meant to be ridiculous, but ya gotta think some one has to start out ridiculous so that some REAL ideas are brought out. The forehead tattoo was meant to be that kind of thing. Just substitute a high tech approach like an iris scan for the tattoo. Make them mandatory for all illegal people.
Now there is an unsolvable dilemma for you. Make illegal people legal by making them show their iris scans. We cannot identify the legal people without violating their rights also. Move over George Orwell there is no solution for this one. Facial ID by computer? Right and I would end up being deported because I look like some one else to the computer. So think and come up with a solution. Or drown in the controversy. Choose!

the problem is not that the illeagles are getting paid too much, it's that employers are paying them too little. They pay immagrants around $3 an hour, which is about 4 times that of minimum wage in mexico

Fences are easy to cut and the land mines just get triggered by Bambi and other free roaming fauna.
Folks let us not try to kill off the endangered species with our solutions. Yes I know a moat of nitric acid all the way along the border. Let them walk the plank across it. Provide planks that tip fifty percent of the time. Now wouldn't that be fair? I mean a fifty fifty shot at getting in? The animals would smell the acid and avoid it like the plague.
At least that is what the signs would say in Spanish. The planks would just be a slippery end for all who try to cross them.

Or, and this is just crazy liberal talk, we could Educate and Immerse the immigrants into American society, making them productive members of society? Maybe? Aha a solutionm and I do not mean land mines. Encarcerate them and make them work in a slave labor camp until they learn our societies values. That way it does not cost us anything to educate them.
I know more of the Stalinist type of re-education effort that made him such a monster. OK but make them work and support themselves while they learn our system. Make them learn English and stuff.
Maybe some one can come up with a legal system of doing this?

Just move to canada. the US can be mexico. Then when there is no economy left in the US and they start going into canada, move to mexico. They can't win, and we ruin canada in the process!
