i wish i knew PHP all i know is a little bit of crappy html and c++ and unfortunately i have yet to figure out how either of those can help me mak a sig : /
and on top of it all i dont feel like spending the money to buy photoshop... its to rich for my blood, as they say.

bah im screwed! theres no way i can make one thats even comparable to the one SiR made me... i wanted one like his that cycled.. but you just cant follow that one ^.^

Lets see, it looks like he had a picture, then made some sort of cutout (I'm not too well versed on the finer aspects of how to do things in Pshop), and made it white and set the alpha low, added a border and some text, maybe touched up the picture, I'm not real sure since I haven't see the original picture.
Edit: I totally pulled this outta my ass, so I might be completely wrong, but I sorta typed out something you could do or something to that effect.

That's actually rather close to how you'd do it in Photoshop, Firefox.

Wasted hours of your life editing pictures? (not necessarily wasted) or did you have a secret that only photoshop users know about...? see personally i just use paint... i will bring in my "finger" paint as it has been called since i made it using paint and a touch pad on a laptop hehe pretty clever huh?? anyway ill post it shortly it really needs an animated gif compiler but i could just post the last frame hehe (this ones for you firefox lololol) umm kami ill talk to you in a bit about um.. the thing with the... hrmm yea.. |

I'm self taught in everything I do- Photoshop, coding, etc. Anime and cartoony stuff is difficult to work with. For the Ichi sig, I used this picture: upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/3/35/Ichimaru_Gin.jpgI resized the image, touched it up, removed artifacts. Set entire image to that purple hue, added the text, added other color to his left, added the border and inner border w/blending, and then finished it off with a vector gloss. Really a very simple sig with a small amount of work, but overall it looks nice. |

im curious to see what ichi is coming up with, i figure hes been working on stuff from all the images on his desktop screenshot hehe (see im pretty clever huh?? well actually the picture could be from anything but one would assume hes trying to make something lol)
Go ichi! make one thats good and maybe ill recruit you to make something for me lol (maybe like i said if you suck i dont want a sig hehe jk jk)
