Hmm, it's hard to decide on which ones are my favorites...but these are some that would be on the list I guess
Cowboy Bebop
Samurai Champloo
Serial Experiments Lain
Beck
Initial D
Key the Metal Idol
FLCL
Great Teacher Onizuka
Chrno Crusade
Aishiteru Baby (i think thats how its spelled)
Those are all the series I've finished and really enjoyed, and as for movies I can think of:
Grave of the Fireflies (easily my favorite anime movie)
Macross Plus
Ninja Scroll (I saw some of the series but I didn't really like it)
Currently I'm enjoying these series, which are still running, or havn't been tranlated yet.
Capeta
Nana
Eyeshield 21
Naruto (I havn't watched much of the filler eps, but I enjoyed all the episodes which went along with the manga, which you should definately read if you like the anime)
I have plenty more I like, but these are ones that come to mind mainly because I either have them on my computer or own them.

I have to say Full Metal Alchemist will be my forever favriote, I just love how the whole thing came together, the chemistry, the story, the history, plot, everything about it is just good, but at the moment i'm watching Bleach and i find it to be Ok(about to watch episode 18).
I have also seen the movie of FMA, and yea once i finished watching the anime it made sense. lol and I find it funny how Ed doesn't like Enisten lol.

Chim, you are my newest best friend. I love FLCL and Trigun. (Did I mention that I'm obsessed with Vash?  ? He's so awesome!) Im here however, to add Elfen Lied to my favorites. It's odd, bloody, and distubing in many many ways, which is why it's sooooooo awesome! |

My Gundams (all older)  Zeon suits. The Three on the left are the ones i got from ACEN (finished putting them together last week)  I do need to get many more models when I am up there. And the zeons+ a few gundams are not painted because I don't have any paint right now. |
