well, i've had problem with my game locking up and crashing quite a bit for a while now. well, the other night, i start hearing a "tick, tick, tick, tick" sound coming from my comp... not good.

me and a friend of mine finally see that my GPU fan is going about 1 revolution a second... way slower than it should be.... and its ticking in time to the turns.

so, my graphics card is going bye bye quick... meaning its time to move up. i was planning to get a new comp soon anyways, but was hoping to hold off until quad core. but, a lot of reading i did said quad core isn't going to be as big a jump as i expected, since multithreading still isn't huge. well, here's the main parts of my comp as of now... :

i know, its damn good stuff... best out at the moment... but that's the way i like it. my last build i skimpped on a few things, and was upset later. this way, i'm getting what i want, and even have some upgradability. so... woot. should all be in wed or thurs, i'll take pictures during the build.
