I always shoot people with the shotty and they dont die! And then Jayne kills me from 300 yards. Its a conspiracy. Just like White Out, and Muffincakes, and Chu's Body Odor... all a Conspiracy...

I quit using the shotty a while ago... I should take it back up, I was good with it. But I wanted to get better with the scout, ak and m4. maybe it's time i shotty'd it up for a while. Deagle for long range, shotty for killing people close up... I'll be even deadlier! woot!

They should make a shotty-pistol. fires a buncha bullets in a spray fashion for close range.

They call that the Glock on burst fire. Very effective at close range in the pistol round - just hold the fire button down and it goes full auto.

glock = 15 hits, 4 - head, 6 - chest - 3 body - 2 stomach for 52 dmg.
Deagle = 1 hit, 1 - head for 162.
I'll stick with my 1 shot kill thank you.

Yes the Deagle is a wonderfull weapon. In the real world you are in a world of hurt from a single shot to the head with any pistol - even the lowly 22 caliber short will ruin your day - possibly for life. Even with head gear the 90 foot pounds of blow from a 22 long riffle will leave you wondering what hit you.

I think that with this plan, they should also implement a new damage system - whatever people are doing the most damage with, gets gimped and the least powerful weapon gets a boost. So... if people are using the M4 and getting lots of kills, then it's damage drops and the other weapons go up. It would totally fix the deagle/glock imbalance! I'm a freaking genius! Now, we'll have uber-expensive, wimpy M4s and extremely cheap, highly powerful auto's. Hmm...

wow... my comp is messin up, but before it messed up... i saw the desert eagle cost about $4000. Dear god, that costs more than the auto shottie? When will this damn DWP even out?
