Actualy chu, everything you have is bound.
If you went typed "unbind mouse1" in console, it would unbind your ability to fire.
Also, amy, you have been with me when I spam radio, they mean by spamming radio, saying gogogo at the very begining of every round, and when someone needs to rush with me, and need backup when I'm alone and under fire.

Just for the record i have two buy scripts and 2 key binds first buy script m4/ak and primammo second buy script deagle, vesthelm, secammo first keybind (this one kills me more than helps due to lag) next inventory wait wait previous inventory (i can remove this at anytime to meet CAL rules) second keybind admin of course
the rest of my keybinds are done completely through options>>> keyboard but i have changed them alot (and will not reveal my secrets :DD)

Actually firefox, B8 warned you over Admin speak 3 times, and I warned you twice, all in the space of 4 rounds. And you died all but one of those rounds. and after each warning you said "okay, I'll stop" yet didn't. You could've said "okay, but I need to unbind my keys first" and we would have given you time. But you were also using a radio message about every 5 seconds or less. I heard your radio commands more often than I heard my foot falls for those 4 rounds.

Oh no not another anti FireFox thread!
Are we to go the way of "The Grounds" because we cannot enforce the rules? That is why the AC were formed. A group of people got disgusted with the lack of rule enforcement due to a lack of admin at that server. Thus the ideal that rules were to be enforced and always have plenty of admin playing on the server to do the enforcement of those rules.
Are we on that slippery slope to allowing the "baddies" to ruin our day? The opinion is running 50/50 on that pole. If the opinion was in favor of less enforcement then the pole would have come back lopsided against enforcement.
So let us strike a blow for life, liberty, and the enforcement of rules of the server. Enforce the rules and live! Give up our server if you do not enforce the rules. Down with wimpy admining.

Agreed. One thing to note. Everybody is different. This being said, everybody, thusly different, have different thought patterns, and different definitions, and different ways of acting. Therefore, since each person is applicable to these differentiations, then one must assume that something one might enforce harshly, another might enforce laxed. This is due to the differentiations mentioned above. Now, since each individiual thinks differently, and acts differently, and thusly it applys to rules and enforcment, it comes to reason that each admin will enforce the rules when they believe that they are being broken, bent, or abused. Since this is up to each admin's discretion, it is therefore necessary for people to comply as admin's have the ability to act when they believe that rules are subject to being enforced.
In short, and small words. IF AN ADMIN SAYS STOP, STOP. THEY ARE ENFORCING THE RULES AS THEY SEE FIT. IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT, GET A SCREEN CAPTURE, POST IT IN A THREAD AND MAKE A POST. WE ENFORCE RULES, THUS LISTEN WHEN WE TELL YOU THINGS OR WE WILL TAKE ACTION. ARGUING IN GAME ABOUT AN ADMIN DECISION IS NOT THE BEST WAY, YOU WILL SIMPLY MAKE THE ADMIN ANGRY.
If you'll notice, I also typed in all caps to signify speaking up/yelling, only as a matter of making it easier for people to pick up on and hear. I know that sometimes it's hard to hear people over ambient sounds. I'm not mad, just speaking up for those whom seem to consistantly have troubles hearing what people tell them.

So am I to take it that FireFox now fits the repeat offender rule and is therefore subject to ban without notice for rules violation? Or must we put up with repeat offenders because some of us think he is cute? Cute is not a defense in court nor will a cop put up with mouth from a suspect with a rap sheet. This has been going on for a long time and needs to be resolved. As we are cops (admin) we are duty bound to enforce rules as written? A trouble maker is a a trouble maker and should be banned. Who has the stones to do it?

What he was doing wasn't ban worthy. I just don't like it when someone tells me my judgement is completely wrong and then lie to my face and tell me how often they were swearing, when I have a log that I can read to get a definate number. I belive it was 47 times within 60 minutes. I warned him once and he started complaining, and arguing with me. I simply got annoyed, and muted him, although he wasn't breaking any rules after I told him to stop, other than being annoying, which isn't against the rules. After I muted him, he left, came back and seemed mad that I muted him, asked who muted him, I said I did, and he dropped it, ketp it clean, no more arguments or problems. For this instance, no punishment is necessary, he knows the rule, and knows when to stop, sometimes it just takes an admin to remind him. I even remind Admin's to watch their language.

wow.
Chu, you left out major parts and then put in stuff.
First off, I didn't swear 47 times in 60 min, heck, I swore maybe 3 times in 60 min.
I said only ONE curseword that entire map, and that was because I was trying to cut the glue on the keyboard, and I cut myself with the scissors. I asked who muted me, you said you did. Then I asked, your reason? And silence. Maybe you missed it maybe you didn't.
BTW, I would like to know why I was muted.
The arguement was about who had more power, you both had the same power or kami has more. I said Kami had more power, then it went on, and eventualy you muted me.

Firefox. 1) we were 5 rounds into the map, no wonder you only swore 3 times. wait, that night you said twice. hrmm. BTW, I had a log up and checked and counted every time you swore. You swore constantly the map before, and the map before that. I was simply tired of it. You were being loud, obnoxious and annoying. I told you to 'please complain without swearing' and you flipped out. Then you starting screaming about kami having more power, why, i'm not sure. I was enforcing the rules as in my mind, you were breaking them. I don't see why people's amount of admin power matters. You would not shut up about it. I told you to stop arguing about wether or not kami had more power than I did, you didn't stop. I told you again, you didn't stop, you would not drop it, so, I muted you. I was tired of listening to you whine, moan, and complain about something that didn't matter. You were annoying the hell out of me and I almost kicked you instead of muting, took me a minute to decide.
I should not need to post a log of how many times you swear for simply saying 'please complain without swearing.' You did stop swearing, I'll give you that, but you wouldn't stop pestinger me about stuff that didn't make any sense, or have any relevance. And yes, I did check my log and you did swear 47 times in the course of 2 maps.

Regulars are expected to know the rules. We should not have to teach them the rules every time they come into our server. This is especially true for long time regulars. We should not have to use a club on a long time regular almost every time they come into the server to get them to obey the rules.
Fire fox was breaking the rules by NOT respecting everyone. That is ban worthy when repeatedly broken. This he has done and Even admitted to it by his post and promise. He disrespects us by wanting to see the logs, by his constant attitude to wards admin, and by his failure to tell the truth.
What does this guy have to do? Spit in our faces? This he does by his post promising to follow our rules and then getting in trouble a day latter. So why does every one seem to think this is nice?
Fire fox - fail to follow an admin order and find yourself looking at the outside of our server unable to use it. This should be our guarantee to all who play there. It is a privilege and not a right.

Firefox, I have a log up that lasts for 3 maps, then starts deleteing the oldest entries. I don't have the hard drive space to keep logs constantly. The amount of text generated by the console alone would fill GB's in a matter of days. as i said, "I had a log up" Considering you stopped swering after I told you to, I saw no reason to keep it as in my mind, the situation had been resolved and thus no further deliberation was necessary. I'm not about to keep a log of EVERY transgresion that I see on this server. Once something is resolved, there is no reason to keep a log of it, that's just wasting space. Besides, when I play, usually it's several maps in a row, and I don't want to have to exit CS after every other map to save my log so I can 'maybe' go back over it searching for every little transgresion, and make a master file of problems in text. That's silly. Other than the fact that you won't drop it, I consider the issue over, no further action required. but at the rate you're going, you'll need another mute.
