Honestly, I've never heard of Aprevia, so I wouldn't get one of their PSUs. I'd go for an Antec any day (I've always used 'em, just like I've always used AMD and nVidia). I still think you should go for an Asus motherboard instead of that Biostar one. Asus has been putting out some very good stuff lately (they really stepped up their game around the time Oblivion came out... coincidence?). And if you could afford it, go for a dual channel memory kit for 2GB total (2x1Gig sticks) and make sure they're DDR2 PC6400 (like the ones you've got selected) instead of having 3 Gigs of non-dual channel. I'm a bit of a PUPPIES! when it comes to dual channel kits, though ;D. Oh, and be careful with that case. Only has 3 fan slots and comes with 2 of them. Maybe get another 120mm fan to go in front of the hard drive? I'm also a fan PUPPIES! (I think I've got 6 80mm fans in my case right now, and I've only got 5 fan slots). That way, you won't have to pay for expensive yet oh so delicious liquid cooling.
You're saving money!

Edit: Did my karma get reset or am I going crazy here...?

cut holes in the case? ? Wait, that might not work, unless you want to hammer the holes into the case, and pour milk all over everything.

Actually pulling everything out the case and using jigsaw to cut a pre-traced pattern is a very good way to make your own fan hole (like, on the top of the case for instance). Just don't screw it up

A jig saw creates lots of little bitty metal pieces that will come back to haunt you with mother board shorts. Better to go buy what is called a nibbler that takes out chunks of metal. They were available from Radio Shack a while ago. This tool requires only a starter hole be drilled into the metal that you want to shape. I still have my original tool that I bought in, well a long time ago. More years than a lot of you...
I also have my original stone axe.

Well, the idea is that you remove the mobo and psu and THEN do it. And then sand it down with a small handheld grinder (the ones with circular pads). And then you use an air compressor to rid yourself of any messy flakes.

The 20+4 power connecter = 24 pin power connection. So it'll work.
PCIe connection? Maybe for them power sucking cards. I have to connect one to my video card.
And I really don't know what the big hype about HD DVD and BD all are. I'm personally fine with standard DVDs. HD DVD and BD right now are pretty much just uberexpensive DVDs.

Except the fact that they hold movies in 1080p and can store tens of gigabyes of data. HD-DVD is screwed though, they'll have a hard time getting content producers to use them after the HD-DVD AACS key leaked.
