Bah I ignore the voices in my head all of the time. If I started listening to them then you would all be no more than whispers in the dark. So off I go happy as ever and not a care in my worlds.

I thought this topic was about space and time, not our existance.
And Math can't prove everything. Not every problem has an equatable mathematical standpoint to it that can be calculated. Time is relational to our existance. We created it to sum up our lives and to know what to expect. Even without time we would still live, just as we do now, we simply would not keep track of our lives by the time we have spent in it, and we would all still die. Time, like any other man-made construct, is just that. A construct. Something we thought of and created, and became used. The size of the universe is infinate, it has been here forever (infinate), and always will be here (infinate). Unless math can prove that those three infinants have a calculatable numeric value, which, being infinate do not, then you must realize that space and time are just our way of rationalizing our surroundings. Nobody likes the idea that our lives are infintessimal and in the grand scheme of things, has nothing to do with anything. No greater power watches over us, Fate doesn't guide our actions, Destiny is a farce, and in the end, your conscious mind dies, your physical body dies, and you no longer exist. Live life for today, for when the neurons stop firing, you're done.

If you cannot express it mathmaticaly then it is not science it is a belief.
When the neurons stop firing the energy goes somewhere.

I have to side with B8 on this one. If it cannot be quantified, measured, or calculated, we have either not come across a means, or it doesn't mean squat.
Besides, time IS cyclical. The big bang, outward, inward, collapse, all over again. Not with a bang but a whisper, perhaps.
EDIT: Hey, that rhymes! I am amazing!
